Message Pay

  • Message pay allows you may make a payment to any Valley Federal Credit Union Loans from any external account.
  • You will be able to pay via text message, our website, or email.
  • You will receive a text message informing you that your loan is due. You will be able to review your payment options or you will able to opt out of our text message service by texting “STOP”

Transaction fee using a Debit Card is $5.00

Transaction done with Account Number and Routing Number it is FREE.

Steps to Set Up Your Account

  • You will be asked to verify your account with your member number and date of birth.
  • After verifying your account, the system will prompt you to create a 4-digit pin.

(Store this information in a secure place as you will need this pin number to verify future payments.)

Preferred method of payment:

To add your preferred method of payment in to the system select, ADD NEW DEBIT CARD or ADD NEW BANK ACCOUNT (make sure to have the routing number & account number).

  • If done correctly, there will be a message stating Payment Method Successful and you will be redirected to the payment system.
  • When the payment method has been successfully verified, it will be directed to the payment system where you will be able to see all of your loans and will also be able to select your preferred payment method.

Important Note: Your payment may take up to three (3) business days to post to your account.
